It's a lot:
* Federal tax returns for 2010 & 2009.
* W-2 forms for 2010 & 2009.
* Current pay stubs for the past 30 days.
* Checking and savings account statements for the past 2 months.
* Your most recent 401-K and IRA statements.
* Copies of your drivers license and Social Security Cards.
Hopefully we can send everything to the broker this week so we can get a solid budget going! It's hard to look at houses without that very important number!!
That's the main goal this week!
